Bruno Mars is an American singer, choreographer, voice actor and also a record producer who was born on the 8th of October in the year 1985 in Honolulu, Hawaii in the United States of America. His real name is Peter Gene Hernandez.
He grew up in Waikiki, which is a neighborhood of his birth town. He is the son of Mr. Peter Hernandez and the late Mrs. Bernadette. His father belongs to the Puerto Rican as well as the Ashkenazi ancestry while his mother belongs to the Filipino ancestry. His was nicknamed Bruno while he was two years old by his father because he resembled Bruno Sammartino, who was a wrestler.
