Elle did not stop there as she is also an ambassador for UNICEF and the Smile Foundation. Elle is also a patron of the National Association for the Children of Alcoholics (NACOA).

As if Elle does not already have enough on her plate, she also fronted for Fashion Café, alongside Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and Christy Turlington. This, however, did not pan out as the founders ended up being charged with fraud.
