Kristin Cavallari is an American actress, fashion designer, and television personality born in Denver, Colorado on January 5, 1987. Her parents are Judith Spies and Dennis Cavallari. Her parents divorced when she was very young. She moved on with her mother, but difficulties of living with a stepfather and brother forced her to move to California to live with her father. She completed her high school studies at Laguna Beach high School. Cavallari shot to prominence in 2004 after appearing in the “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” reality TV series. In 2006, she moved to Los Angeles and pursued a career in acting. During that period, she appeared on Television playing minor roles in several shows. She is currently married to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and has two sons Camden Jack and Jaxon Watt.

When appearing in the “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” Cavallari got involved with Stephen Colletti a cast member in the series. The romance between the two caused rivalries with Lauren Conrad, another cast member, and the love triangle became one of the series plot lines.

After her short stint at the Laguna Beach, Cavallari moved to Los Angeles and attended Loyola Marymount University. She signed for the UPN reality Television series “Get this party started” which premiered on February 7, 2006. The show had low ratings among viewers leading to cancellation after just two shows. She starred as a Guest Actor in “Veronica Mars” another UPN series and in other shows such as CSI: NY, Cane, and Adventures in Hollywood playing minor roles. She also played a role in “Wristcutters” a 2006love story film directed by Goran Dukic. Other shows she has played a role include “Spring Breakdown”, “Green Flash”, “Wild Cherry” and “National Lampoon’s Van Wilder: Freshman Year.”

In May 2009, Cavallari joined “The Hills” one of Laguna Beach spin-off series and made her first appearance during the 5th season on May 31, 2009. Her career shot to prominence again when she re-appeared on the season premiering on September 29, 2009 as the main cast member after replacing Lauren Conrad. She continued playing her role in the show until the end of the series show in 2010. She participated in the “ABC Dancing with Stars” 13th season where she partnered the popular star dancer Mark Ballas. To the surprise of her fans, audience, and the judges, she was the third person to face elimination from the show.
