Sara Jean Underwood was born on the 26th of March, 1984 in Portland Oregon. The American model and actress went to school in Scappoose, Oregon, the Scappoose High School from which she graduated in 2002. She also attended the Portland State University as well as Oregon State University. Her first occupation was as a heavy construction material sales assistant.
As a model, Underwood made her debut appearance in Playboy in the 2005 October issue, Girls of the Pac-10 picturesque. She was embedded on the cover, with a football in hand, donning a body painted adaptation of an Oregon State Beavers football attire and a bikini briefs that completed the matching outfit. In July of 2006, she made her next appearance in the magazine where she was featured as the Playmate of the Month. In the year that followed, Underwood won a mini cooper convertible among other prizes after she was named the Playmate of the year in June 2007, this made her the first ever Miss July to have earned the title. On her side however, she said that, “I didn’t think I was pretty enough”.
Things were getting better for her when, in March 2008, she was placed 25th by Playboy in their list of “25 Hottest Playboy Celebrities”. Sara Jean Underwood was featured in E! networks; The Girls Next Door series , episode #2 as a Playmate with high hopes that her test shoot is passed on to Playboy Studio West. She was subsequently featured by Playboy as Miss July of 2006. She made several other appearances in the episodes of The Girls Next Door. She is still a model for Playboy.
Sara was cast in the 2007’s Epic Movie in which she portrayed a pirate wench. In House Bunny, a 2008 comedy, Underwood was featured as a Playmate. A year later, she was part of the cast of The Telling, a 2009 film. She also appeared in Miss March as herself. Taking the lead role, Sara Jean was a member of the cast of the horror thriller; Deadly Weekend.
As a career, Sara has also presented on television. She worked as a continuity announcer, popularly known as “fight jock” for the cable network; Blackbelt TV. She was brought in as a substitute host and a consistent presenter of The Feed. In season 2 of Ridiculousness, MTV’S reality TV show, Underwood was featured as a guest star. Other major roles that have been played by Underwood include depicting Ginger in 2009’s Two Million Stupid Women and Attack of the Show as a co-host.
